Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Sudhendra Singh Yadav I have booked two Times a ticket for TTD E-special entry dharshan on 6th March2019 for 8members Rs 2805.90 One Transaction got failed than I have Retry and second time also transaction failed and i did not receive the ticket to email or to my ttd account. But the money was deducted from my SBI DEBIT Card. I called customer care and i informed them about this and they told its failure from Merchant Site(TTD). Again i booked the ticket on the same day and it got success and i received the mail from TTD with the ticket. So please refund my Rs5622 to my...
