Ttd ticket failed but amount not received
Hi Sir/Madam,
My name is Madhusudhana Rao. I have booked a ticket for TTD E-special entry dharshan on 21th September 2022 for 6 members Rs 1800 One Transaction got failed and i did not receive the ticket details to my email or to my ttd account and Got failed
But the money was deducted from my Phone pay with transaction id T2209210909448707662165 and UTR No.[protected] .I called customer care and informed the same about this and they told its failure from Merchant Site(TTD).

So please refund my amount Rs 1800 to my phone pay account for my unsuccessful transaction and for your reference unsuccessful transaction detail are mentioned Above

Amount deducted from HDFC Bank but accommodation is not booked

Hello Sir/Madam,
I have tried booking Room accommodation from tirupatibalajiap.gov.in official website on 28th Feb 2022[3PM IST] and 3408.26 Rs is deducted from my HDFC netbanking and no message or confirmation from TTD has confirmed on booking transaction.
I have tried reaching to call TTD customer care number but not able to reach out and always busy message tone voice came.
Please help in getting my amount credited back from TTD[Tirumala Tirupati Devasthnam]

Refund request Failed online ticket booking Transaction
Sir, i tried to book special entry dharshan twice in online on 20 August 2021. First time failed completely. 2nd time money deducted from the account but transaction failed and not issued. Please provide me refund for rupees 1405.90 to my account. Attached photo of my both transaction numbers on 20 August 2021.

Really this cannot be called as temple any more, staff are god because for there worst behavior, i had been with my mom and mentally challenged my brother, with my husband and 2 kids one is 3yrs girl baby and 7yrs son. I took my mom for senior citizen queue and my husband was taking care of my brother (Mentally challenged). The so called rude staff, was pushing senior citizen after checking documents, when my turn came he saw my mother senior citizen ship card and she is 67yrs has both knee problem not able to walk properly. He pushed my out with my 3yrs old baby, its was heavily raining outside me and my daughter where standing and both where draining fully.. When my husband was allowed he saw us and he requested that person to send me to darshan and he will go out, that waste fellow who is least bother about any body, he did not allow, finally my mom was not able to stand he tried to push her out from gate towards me. But she begged him immediately he pushed my husband out in rain and allowed me. Never god has told to do all this but so called ttd staff employee are doing this including ladies. I felt very bad for my husband he was standing in the rain and watching for us whether we go safe. I being lady i have take care of 2kids, mom, handicap brother more over had met with an accident 4 months back and had leg surgery done. With all this difficulty i took them for biometric after the it was raining heavily they pushed us in one shelter place. One devil type of staff came with tt and he was telling to get in to tt for people for darshan shed (A jail) he was so rude my god you can never ever expect, he was pushing people like one waste luggage. When i questioned him he rudely replied me who r u to question me? Get down from the van? If you want to complaint you can go and complaint? I can handle it. This all happened from 9.30 to 11.30am. Just think over how safe there are if something happened any person there are responsible
After that they throwed us in one shed till 3.00pm. After that really i saw god live how people pushing along with that staff also will push think of my situation 2kids, aged mom, handicap brother whom should i take care of? My husband did not find 300/- darshan. He went to normal darshan and he was back around 12.00pm till that i have to take care of all this. Why we have do all this? Only for seeing god.. And they way of language they use it is nightmare, hey rara, pora very low level language.
Who ever is answerable please teach your staff to behave properly with people. Nobody is begging them they are beggars who have come to do job and gettting paid from our money, but they act as if they have owned us. I want answer for this the pain which i have taken who will take? Do not think i will leave this here it self i will escalate to media, public until i get justice. Government should take some action toward this illegal treatment. It is human harassment. I had mobile 100% i would have taken video so what they have planned this and banned mobile.

Rooms booked via internet are horrible

The room which is booked online is very bad . I booked a room via internet in ttdsevaonline web site of Rs 1500. when I reached in Tirumala, at CRO office the room which ia alloted to me is not even worth of 500. the commod of the toilet is broken, the sofas were torned and to my surprise not only one room in that complex all the rooms are in the same condition. when i complaint to the person who allotted the room at CRO office says this ia the only building provided for online booking where as there many guest houses free on that particular time. eve though I have booked online, I went to padmavathi and booked another room for the same Rs1500 and I got a veru good guest house. why is this different. if you have to keep all the guest houses for the VIPs why at all you have the option of online booking. when I book online I should have option to see what are the available rooms. so that I can decide if I have to book or not. Is there no value for the people who book online.

We the devotees of srinivasa requesting you to make a token laddu counter for 18 hours, which may get extra laddus for devotees .. The TTD as made 3 hours for token laddu, so the devotees are uncomfortable feeling and returning back very sadly, and I got very pain, getting crie for not getting for extra laddu...

HI All,
On Sep4 I booked the 2 kalyanotsava ticket from www.ttdsevaonline.com around 2:55 and 4:30 and almost the process got completed but unfortunately it said TTD service is not available and both the times the Receipt was not shown, but the amount 1000 rupees both times was deducted from my CITI Bank Credit Card account and I got an SMS alert as well as mail from CITI Bank for the same .
When Enquired on TTD call center they said to mail to [protected]@gmial.com.
Till date there is no response from them. Also in My Id I see it as failure transaction, but till date there is no refund for this, not there is a courtesy for them to reply back to the mail.

e-seva tickets of suprabhatam, , archana, thomala seva, ashtadala pada padma aradhana, nijapada darsanam not appearing for online booking as per your ttd online eseva portal, 10 tickets for archana, 10 tickets for thomala, 20 tickets for ashta dala pada padma aradhana, 300 tickets for nijapada darsana, and 50 tickets for suprabhatham shall be available daily for sevas to be booked in 60 days advance. every day, when i open your e seva website for online booking of above said sevas at 9 a.m., , all the above said sevas show ' 0 ' tickets under availability . how it is possible to show '0' tickets at the very opening of website at 9 a.m. ? suppose, if i open after one hour, if it shows '0' then i can think that all tickets might have been booked in one hour. but, at the very starting of booking, which is available at 9 a. m., very surprisingly it shows '0' under availability. daily if it shows '0' like this, when can we get seva tickets online ? i get doubt in this context, that the employees concerned in this department of online e-sevas, are blocking the tickets, making them unavailable in the website. unless you probe in this matter strictly, the seva tickets can not be available to common people. already some bad name has come to ttd, because of some employees who are doing frauds in their level to the extent possible to them, as per the news shown in tv 9, and eenadu paper. i request you to kindly take up the matter to do justice to common people.

Cheating the devotees

Sir,
Everyday TTD is releasing online quota of different sevas and accommodation to book for devotees.
Now the TTD is cheering the people. They are just releasing quota at 00:30 hrs and closing within 3 to 5 minutes time ( means by 00:35hrs) whole released availability is going to zero.
I am observing since last one month. When I am trying to book the login goes to be terminated and asking login again.
For GOD darshan also TTD management cheeting this way means what is the bad and shameful people working in TTD.
LET THEM BEHAVE WITH HUMANALITY. I WAS FULLY IRRITATING ON THIS SITUATION. I DIDN'T SLEEP FOR A MONTH TIME TO BOOK ONE ROOM. FOR SEVAS ALSO SAME SITUATION.
THEN WHY TO RELEASING IN ONLINE AND WHY TO CHEET PEOPLE / DEVOTEES. REQUEST YOUR KIND ACTION WILL HELP FOR NORMAL PEOPLE.

Booking failed amount deducted 1410
I booked tickets for 5 members special darshan with5 laddus but payment has deducted but not confirmed on the webportal but deducted from phonepe, as i contacted to TTD but he did not answer properly and saying it takes 10 days time for refund. Which is a big fraud TTD people are utilising the time and efforts of common man in the name of advance booking, and very poor portal for booking.

TTD is having surplus amount. But the staff employed is busy is taking care of that surplus amount rather looking into the day to day issues what general public is facing. Amount gets deducted 2 or thrice and no action on refunds is been taken by these GOD GUARDS.
Please let me know if you have received the refund.

e seva tickets of suprabhatam, , archana, thomala seva, ashtadala pada padma aradhana, nijapada darsanam not available for on line booking
as per your ttd online e seva portal, 10 tickets for archana, 10 tickets for thomala, 20 tickets for ashta dala pada padma aradhana, 300 tickets for nijapada darsana, and 50 tickets for suprabhatham shall be available daily for sevas to be booked in 60 days advance.
every day, when i open your e seva website for online booking of above said sevas at 9 a.m., , all the above said sevas show ' 0 ' tickets under availability

how it is possible to show '0' tickets at the very opening of website at 9 a.m. ? suppose, if i open after one hour, if it shows '0' then i can think that all tickets might have been booked in one hour. but, at the very starting of booking, which is available at 9 a. m., very surprisingly it shows '0' under availability. daily if it shows '0' like this, when can we get seva tickets online ?
i get doubt in this context, that the employees concerned in this department of online e-sevas, are blocking the tickets, making them unavailable in the website. unless you probe in this matter strictly, the seva tickets can not be available to common people. already some bad name has come to ttd, because of some employees who are doing frauds in their level to the extent possible to them, as per the news shown in tv 9, and eenadu paper. i request you to kindly take up the matter to do justice to common people.
