Ttd Online Booking — please refund my money | |||||
TTD online booking — TTD -Failed transaction Refund Hi Sir/Madam, My name is sravanthi rani. I have booked a ticket for TTD E-special entry dharshan on 18th APRIL 2018 for 2 members Rs 1000. One Transaction got failed and i did not receive the ticket to email or to my ttd account. But the money was deducted from my ICICI DEBIT Card. I called customer care and i informed them about this and they told its failure from Merchant Site(TTD). Again i booked the ticket on the same day and it got success and i received the mail from TTD with the ticket. So please refund my Rs1000 to my credit account for my unsuccessful transaction.And for your refeence successful... Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have booked special entry darshan on April 19th but my transaction got failed and amount was deducted from my account. My transaction date is 2ndmarch 2019 and Till now I have not received my refund amount. Please consider my request and do needful in this regard. Thanking you sir, k. Swaroop
