I had online booked my ticket for special entry darshan on[protected] and purchased 12 laddus with the booking id id[protected] on[protected]. I had also booked another ticket for darshan on[protected].
On[protected] after darshan, when i went to the prasadam counter to collect my laddus, i was denied the 12 laddus i had especially bought by online payment.
I was ready to bear the courier expenses but neither was i delivered the laddus nor did i get the refund. I had left several mails to the custome support and refund services branch. Was this information helpful? |
