I had booked a room in Tirumala for 29th October 2021 with the below mentioned Booking ID/No.

I vacated the room at tirumala on 30th October 2021.

At the time of booking a Caution Deposit: ₹. 1700 /- was collected from me which is not yet refunded till today.

Its almost 3 months over, there is no news about it. I am not getting a proper information even after calling the customer care.
