[Resolved]  Ttk Health Insurance — Claims pending greater than 6 months - National Insurance

Dear Team, This is regarding the claim for health insurance, which is being pending for more than 6 months. All documents were submitted to the employer but the Insurance administrator TTK has not responded to the claims request as yet. Please guide on how to ensure prompt response and process to close this claims.
