TUI — thomson holiday to gran canaria orquidea family life resort

Holiday for a family of 4 20th July to 27th July, ref number 2495722. Saved for months to pay for this holiday and it was the worst experience I have ever had abroad! Hotel was rammed with local other resorts being able to use the facilities, leading to overcrowding with major health and safety issues. Queuing for umbrellas and sun loungers from 6.30am with fights breaking out, for lots to have towels on but not used for the whole day - not much of a holiday. Certain parts of the hotel stank of sewers, especially around the dining facility. Totally disgusting!!!

Went to the Thompson desk to discuss my concerns re H&S around the pool to be told they couldn't control the clientele and that staff had received death threats if they tried to 'police' the saving of sunbeds!

Whole family devasted by an awful experience that cost £3k!!! This awful experience will be shared via all my media sites and I will not be recommending Thomson to anyone!
