Dear Sir, Mr. Kashif Imam got addmition in Tula's Institute (Rishabh Educational Trust) (The Engineering &Management College) Add:- Dhoolkot chakarata road Deharadun Uttrakhand in june 2013 and made the Payment of 1. Rs 5000/-(five thousand only) on 18-June-2013 reciept No. 262 2. Rs. 40000/-(forty thousand only) on 9-july-2013 Reciept No. 720 3. Rs.53000/- (fifty three thousand) on 3-sept-2013 Reciwpt No.2041 Total of Rs -98000/-(Ninety Eight Thousand ) But he was expired on 27-Nov-2011 in a car accident. I have travelled to college once. He insured for Rupee one lac by his college. I have tried so many time to take help from college but they are postponding again and again from last one year even they have the master policy with the college. and they are suppose to refund the one semester fee also. But they are not refunding any money. They have just given one cheque of Rs 5000/-(Oriental Bank of commerce CH No.-013690 Dated[protected] that to on the name of Student but bank is not ready to encash the cheque because the person is passed away. Request you to kindly help in getting all these amount from college and insurer.

My college Tula's Institute Dehradun is asking for the whole year fee in this month (Sept 2014), although our college session starts from august every year. At the time of admission they (college) said that the fee will be deposited on the basis of per semester. But now they want whole money in the month of sep 2014. If we went to the college authority for fee deposit time extention, they refused every time. Now they are charging Rs1000 fine .And also do not provide late fee receipt.This way they are making black money.Thay had already taken Rs 1000 late fee without giving any receipt from approx 1200 or so students. this means they had made black money of 12 lakhs or so.I sending you the proof of notice given by our college director. Please take the appropriate action against the college.If possible do it by vigilance department.

i have been selected in a company (assurgent tech. sol. pvt ltd.) have taken 1 lakh rs as a security deposit will be refundable after 1 yr but right now no job as well as no money back. college is also not giving any response regarding this.plz take the necessay action regarding the college about fraud placement
