I ordered 2 sarees worth Rs 2300, instead I received 1 suit piece & a saree which is not what I ordered. The numbers are not working.Order no 6541. The order was booked on 1st July' 2017 & was delivered by a reputed courier company fedex. The order was COD but the courier company did not let us check the product before making the payment I want the products to be returned & my money refunded. The products are not what I ordered. They are not replying to the mails & the phone number given in the website is not working. Their return policies are complicated & on reading it they come across to be fake. I have seen a number of similar complaints by other customers. Kindly check the details & take action against this fake company. Was this information helpful? | |||

Kindly register a complaint with the consumer forum of India. I lodged a complaint yesterday. Let us teach these cheats a lesson for their life. They should be punished for robbing us.
I have ordered a Saree worth Rs 799/-but I received a dress material.I tried contacting customer care and send a email too. Nobody are responding how should I get my money back.
I am another victim of them. I also order for 964/- & i received a suit piece which is not even worth 200/-. They do not respond to mails nor calls. The refund policy says that the product should be returned in 7 days but what is the guarantee that we would receive the refund after return. We will be left empty handed then. I have lodge a complaint of several portals but all efforts in vain. They are hard core frauds who are minting money like this. They even have the audacity of sending wrong couriers inspite of so many complaints against them, they are not bothered but are carrying on with their black business. I have spoken to Fedex also for this but they do not take any responsibility of it.
I contacted Fedex for their number but they are not ready to disclose. How to take refund from them. Kindly someone suggest
