My self ms lakshmi. I have purchased one saree and semi switched lehanga. The amt was 1663rs. I was orded 2 products but i received one but that product also fake one. My order num-9220. It's an cash on delivery. For last 10days onwards i was trying to reach ur customer care but there is no response. I want to get my amount return back if not i wil esclate to ur higher level management. I wil go to service...

I have ordered a blue lehenga worth rs.1064/- instead the product delivered to me is a saree.. I called them but their phone is either not reachable or no one is attending the calls... I even send them an email to which there is no reply...in the refund policy they asked us to ship it back to their warehouse.. Im not sure they would even return my money... Please take a strict action against them...

I ordered 2 sarees worth Rs 2300, instead I received 1 suit piece & a saree which is not what I ordered. The numbers are not working.Order no 6541. The order was booked on 1st July' 2017 & was delivered by a reputed courier company fedex.
