I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your tumble dry service. I have encountered a significant issue that has not been addressed, despite my repeated attempts to resolve it.
On 1st of Dec 24, I entrusted my clothes to your service for tumble drying. However, when I received my items back, I found that my clothes had been exchanged with those of another customer. This issue was noticed immediately, and I contacted your toll-free number [protected] on 04th and 05th from my registered mobile number to report the problem and request a resolution.
Despite the repeated complaints and my attempts to follow up, I have yet to receive my original clothes back. This has caused me great inconvenience, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of action and communication from your team.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to:
Locate and return my clothes as soon as possible.
Ensure that such exchanges do not occur in the future.
Provide a formal update on the status of my complaint and a clear timeline for resolution.
As a paying customer, I expect a higher level of service and responsiveness. Please let me know the steps you will take to resolve this matter promptly. I look forward to your immediate response and a satisfactory resolution.
