I have been observing the institute near shampur, group of staffs who are targeting students who are under graduate, puc and 10th fail persuading them to provide money to make them pass out by appearing or without appearing to the exams to the relevant subject area through back gate universities.
Seen mark sheets also been distributed to students by compelling bundles of money, huge set of educational malpractices are undergone and still been working.
And observed all the pacts are under taken by the group lead fat filthy fellow who holds royal enfield among him there are groups of slum companion who dressed in formal to look professional but they are not.

Please look into it and custody all who are in favor of them in the bangalore universities who are helping them.
