Tvs Credit — Excess amount debited

I already paid my emi on3/07/21 in credit Saathi app through paytm. But on 05/7/21 you debited 295 rupees from my account for the fair cancelation charges.what is this you don't have a commonsense even customer care support also unable to reach.still no one is respond for this incident. I[censored] didn't respond within 2 hrs I will file a case on consumer court against tvs credit .😡 worst loan platform in india
