Recently, one week back my sister bought a VIVO v29e mobile through TVS credit.
But shockingly I saw these below message on her device.
"This device belongs to & financed by your device financier." (on home screen)
"Your IT admin can monitor and manage settings, corporate access, apps, data associated with your device and your device location information." (inside settings)

My question is that where is...

I am being mentally harassed from TVS Credit team for recovery of someone else. I have been repeatedly telling them to remove my number / update correct no of customer since last 1 year, but I am still repeatedly getting mentally harassed for the recovery.

Have already been telling them every time when I am contacted for recovery to update the details, but nothing has happened.

I've never even had any personal loan in my life especially from TVS credit. Please help me to remove this from my Cibil report at the earliest possible.

I had availed a 2wheeler loan from TVS Credit for my "TVS Ntorq 125 Disc Race Edition" at a very high Rate of Interest(ROI). Below are the details of the same. I had re-paid the entire loan amount but NBFC "TVS Credit" is not agreeing to close the loan account and asking to pay more. Their loan recovery agents are harassing me with their visit to my home and calling me every month to pay the extra money inspite of me paying the entire money...

I have purchased a bike from TVS on EMI based option using TVS credit.
Then on, I have been receiving continuous phone calls and spam calls throughout the day to take another load from TVS credit for which I am not interested.

TVs credit services automated calls have become a nightmare, they have been calling continuously for the past 2 months between 9 and 10 am. I was a customer because I purchased a bike in 2016 from them. They still have my number and it just keeps coming.

I had taken bike loan from TVS credit, the loan was cleared and I got NOC also.
But the company still calling me again and again to take pre approved loan even I told them that I am not interested.

I took a bike loan in TVS a year ago which is about to closed. Since am a customer they got my number and calling me for personal loan daily atleast 20 times irrespective of time. I tried blocking they are calling using different numbers.

Hi this is vishwanath i have applied for personal loan in tvs credit and my loan was approved and they said it will be credited by the evening on 29/05/2022 today it was 3/07/2022 still there is no movement from company i call to customer care they was giving me the promises dates but the promises dates was moving but my loan was not credited my no [protected] registered numbers and this is HARRASMENT

Overdue of Rs 287/- was there but that was neither interest nor principal Amount. It was a mere late fine charges which I communicated to them to settle or to waive the amount several times. Instead of communicating anything to me straight away they deducted 885/- from my account without my knowledge

I have cleared all the payments on time but still I am getting messages of out standing loan dues from TVS credit services. Along with that I get some calls from unknown numbers as well. This is my Loan agreement number KA3025CD1092569. Due to signature mismatch I have paid all the dues on time manually. One day I got a message clear due of 1883 and I paid that too thinking It will settle every thing. Due to this my CIBIL score is also down and I have mailed them couple of times but no response yet. For a month they were quite but again I am getting the same message to my mobile number . Please resolve the issue

My EMI is scheduled for 3rd of every month, but in the month of October 2021 due to low balance in my account the EMI could not be given. So the TVS Credit collection agent told me to pay, so I told him I would pay by the end of the month. But on 27th of October he barged in my house like a thug and harassed my family members to call me right now otherwise they will take away the bike. At last my father paid them and while they were leaving the again threatened my family to tell me "it must never happen again otherwise it will be not good for me".

by calling customer care or visiting office they are saying me its bank cheque bounce charges ..I got a call from tvs services on 1st emi saying i need to pay advance emi after paying also they locked my mobile.

I already paid my emi on3/07/21 in credit Saathi app through paytm. But on 05/7/21 you debited 295 rupees from my account for the fair cancelation charges.what is this you don't have a commonsense even customer care support also unable to reach.still no one is respond for this incident. I'm Priyanka taken loan from TVS Credit in 2017. Paid my all amount and foreclose the loan in same year still i had not received NOC.
Tried calling them and emailing still not getting any positive response from them.
Worst service ever on website its mentioned that after closing the loan you will receive NOC on registered address which I haven't received nor they are responding.

I don't have any loan in tvs credit but my money getting deducted from my savings account from tvs credit side. its started from october, 2020 i mailed them they refunded it. but in November they again deducted and from then its continued. When i complaining about this issue TVS credit blocked my mails. Instead of removing my bank details from their database they again deducting money without my knowledge again i am telling i didn't applied for any loan in TVS credit.

I bought a phone in emi with TVS credit have successfully paid my previous emi's so far, just having two more to go and my emi per month is Rs.1950, my last month due was not paid due to recent pendemic.. and it was just four days over due.. a customer support executive called yesterday and told me that I already have a penalty which is Rs.475 that I have to pay with my outstanding emi .. but my account was debited of Rs.177 two times consecutively...

Hi team,
This is regarding( agreement#OR3051CA0003053) unethical behaviour towwards me by your employees.
This is bring to your notice I had opted a loan from your esteemed org for CAR. Due to this COVID19 my sources of income stopped and not able to pay EMI in time. Later on I had paid the amount and didnt even received for the whole amount. You need to check the reason and confirm back.

Anyway, last month your team has seized my CAR and demanded me to clear all the outstanding not the due amount.

When we have visited office, your personnel has handed me the foreclosure sheet and asked me to clear the whole amount and then can collect the CAR. How justified this is???

I have pay my bike loan every bonus charge but tvs agent in kolkata rajkumar naiya chit me bounce charge not deposit i am complant many time but tvs forced me pay bounce charge and says me settled amounts way i pay charge
