I have loan from tvs credit for Two wheeler ( wego) through ecs payment. For delaying the payment in January through ecs, bank has charged Rs. 400 as penality for Ecs returning and again tvs credit has also charged Rs.400 for the same . The penality for ecs return of the emi amount of Rs.3101 for one month made Rs.800 . They have charged penality double times. which is more than the usual penality.
