I am being mentally harassed from TVS Credit team for recovery of someone else. I have been repeatedly telling them to remove my number / update correct no of customer since last 1 year, but I am still repeatedly getting mentally harassed for the recovery.
Have already been telling them every time when I am contacted for recovery to update the details, but nothing has happened.
I am trying to call them on customer care number but without loan no it is not getting connected. I even shared email to them but it also got rejected stating they need my loan details to review further. Since I have not availed any loan, I don't have any such details except my number on which I am being contacted. When I enter the number in IVR, it says no loan registered on this number, then why am I being harassed every time.
Please help me as I feel bad for no reason / fault from my side due to these unwanted harassment calls.
