Tvs Credit — NOC not received

I'm Priyanka taken loan from TVS Credit in 2017. Paid my all amount and foreclose the loan in same year still i had not received NOC.
Tried calling them and emailing still not getting any positive response from them.
Worst service ever on website its mentioned that after closing the loan you will receive NOC on registered address which I haven't received nor they are responding.

Loan agreement number is MH3018TW0063997
