As per given detail I provide all detail to you and you update my warranty in my faulty key board but from 2 february to till date many times my retailer go to service centre and give key board for replacement but we don’t get any proper reply from your service centre it’s a really bad experience from your product and from your service centre please contact your service centre from your end and please give me replace key board as soon as possible …………. And also I tried many time to your customer care but call drop every time so I request you to contact me
