I purchased (On line) a Mobile Phone Model ‘Redmi Y1-IN-3+32G-Golden’, IMEI (MEID) [protected], SN: 16341/80306351, Tax Invoice no. [protected] dated 10.01.2018 of M/s. TVS Electronics Ltd., M/s. Delhivery, KH No. 26/27, Behind Fun & Food Village, Kapashera, New Delhi.

I met some battery problem in said mobile phone. So, on 07.06.2018, I contacted your Services Centre, named M/s. SLS Service Sollution, 186-Lower basement, Model Town, Opp. Nikku Park, Jalandhar, Punjab – 144003 to get my problem solved. They kept the mobile phone in question the delivered it to me on the next day with assurance that the fault has been cleared. On using the mobile, I found that the same battery problem exists in the said device. So, I again visited your said service centre on 17.07.2018 and asked that the issue of battery stand as such as earlier and thus not solved. The took my phone and after few minutes, they said that battery of phone has got probem and the same has to be replaced at cost of Rs.1307/72 as guarantee period of battery has lapsed. I may point out that the issue with battery was remained the same as on 07.06.2018, why your service centre has not replaced the battery on that date which comes under your guaranteed period. Were they not made fool of me on this issue on that date of June, 2018, which is not business like. Kindly stop making fool of your customers. Kindly do needful and make revert me your findings and outcome. Also let me know whether company replace battery of said mobile phone at cost or free of any charge.
