The services of TVS Credit are extremely unfavourable to consumers. The company has been formed to smoothly and legally loot the common man without him knowing that he is left with no choice.
The rate of interest and processing fee is extremely high. In fact foreclosure charges are also the highest. There is nobody to attain you, as the company representative meets you outside the office premises, and they keep on changing. Customer care is difficult to reach and moreover they don’t have any authority. You can not even submit a complaint as per your requirement.
I have a car loan with them, even after requesting for covid moratorium, the system has not processed the same and when I came to know about this, I had requested but they are saying the period is already over.
