I've an ongoing car loan with your bank since 4 years & this is the last year going on. My emi was never regular but it's never defaulted either. But now for the 1st time, this one executive Mr Bilal khan of Jabalpur is asking to surrender my vehicle, whereas I've just paid 1 installment 3 days before. This feels insulting. I've taken and completed more than 10 vehicle loans till now, but such threatening was never experienced before.

My loan agreement number is TN3003CA0005569

I informed the collection executive to collect the EMI amount from my brother's place on dt. 25.12.2021 and i will be unavailable on phone, but they have not collected the same and kept false calling. Later on dt. 27.12.2021, they went to my brother's place asked about me and returned back to my home. My wife was there with two kids. They have started shouting on the middle of road...

Already completed my loan before four months, but still not handover RC.Again went to informed this complaints .But not take suitable answer,

Hi I have Purchased car with availing loan from TVS
in the month of August 2020 I have missed the payout which i couldnt pay due to covid - 19 reasons

i informed to the branch manager that this due will be paid later by me and the upcoming months were being paid by me on track exepet that month of august 2020

but everymonth these people passing the ECS in the middle of the month and bouncing and i am paying Rs.890/- bank charges

it has happend last 6 Months i have paid around Rs.4500/-
i want them to stop doing that

I purchased tvs jupiter (mh-10-cj-5682) in year 2015 i have satteled my account in last year but i have not receive my noc and my vehicles other documents

This is Ramya i have taken the two wheeler loan in the month of november
And first two month i have clear my ecs
But this month do to medical emergency i whould not clear my ecs.
I got a call from the recovery team i have side that i will get my salary on 25th march i will clear my due on 26th very clearly but i got a call from the person on 25 th morning it self for the payment i have said i will get it clear tomorrow he said ok
Den again after half hour i got a call from another no i have said will get it clear tomorrow. He also said ok.
But again i got a call from another person at 10 am ( [protected])
he spoke to me very roudely and abused me very badly i have also taken a can call to my husband for him also he has spoke to him same way i have recorded the call. For a proof.
Pls take the nessary action against this guy or hells i will give the complient to rbi.

On February 22, 2021. I paid my Bike emi amount Rs. 4545/- through online to avoid my ECS mode payment on March but the ECS mode payment was not stopped and my amount 4545/- have been debited from my account on March 3rd, 2021. I arise a complaint to the TVS agent regards refund the amount but till now I not received it

I am paid loan amount of rs2072.31 via Google pay . Gpayref no[protected] this payment received by TVs credit services limited but not updated my loan account statement and not unlock my mobile. So please check and unlock my mobile urgently need to do this.

The services of TVS Credit are extremely unfavourable to consumers. The company has been formed to smoothly and legally loot the common man without him knowing that he is left with no choice.
The rate of interest and processing fee is extremely high. In fact foreclosure charges are also the highest. There is nobody to attain you, as the company representative meets you outside the office premises, and they keep on changing. Customer care is difficult to reach and moreover they don’t have any authority. You can not even submit a complaint as per your requirement.
I have a car loan with them, even after requesting for covid moratorium, the system has not processed the same and when I came to know about this, I had requested but they are saying the period is already over. There are no higher authorities in the company who entertains you.

My emi date 03/11/2020. i have credit the money 01/11/2020 to 07/11/2020. The loan has not been cut. After 08/11/2020 i use the money and 11/11/2020 my phone was locked. then i will pay the emi with due amount. It's been 2 days but my phone is not unlocking... what is the problem?? my lone no [protected]. do anything otherwise i will go to crass the IMEI no.

I have missed to pay one EMI, for which charges are cut every month. But this month the charges are cut twice i.e on 1st Nov n also on 14 Nov. Really very upset with the company . I want to know the reason, n return the amount which is cut twice.

Sir, my husband expired on 30th July 2020 due to covid 19. My husband refinanced the vehicle from TVS finance. Because of absence of my husband I am unable to meet the EMI dues. Now the collection agents forcing me to hand over the vehicle or to pay the EMI regularly. I asked that my husband made an insurance payment while sanctioning the loan. But the TVS finance executives are saying ask the person who you approached for loan and ask him in which insurance company he taken the policy. If he is unable trace the details of loan sanctioned how can we procure the required documents.

I inform you that, before 3 years ago, my father have buy a tvs zest by fianance.in that time covid 19 situation i have failed emi. Outstanding approx 22000 (Includingbounce charge). Tvs fianance will taken from his scotty by preasure. My father said to staff sir i have no work, so i could not pay ewi. I have start ewi when i have come back my work. Without any legal document how he will taken scotty.. Tomorrow he could not given my father scotty. I have complain police of bright tvs.

Sir i am gautam sikar. I have one mobile tvs finance.6/1;and one month pay. Loan no wb3054cd0244513. Mob no [protected]. My mobile is locked. Monthlying emi 2609. But recent emi is 4554.45 rd. But why the cost of interest. I am very poor man i have no work at the lock down of covid - 19. I have no money. Please sir help me. I want to some time.

I am a finance holedr for a two wheeler in Miryalaguda. I asked the recovery agent to postpone the date to 20th june, he called me on 23rd june regarding finance, i said i am planning to preclose the finance please wait. He started talking without respect, and frkm the biggining of the call the is speaking rash. Due to that as he started absuing even i started. I applied for the memontrium during lockdown that was declined, eeven though i didn't even complained, immediately after lockdown how can somebody pay all the finance, even though i said I'll pre close he is shouting and saying that this is not you own finance in an absurd manner. I don't understand why this bloody agent don't give respect to customers. This happened not only with finance even with service people. I need an answer why my menontrium is declined, previously 2 times i topup my account with the amount for EMI, that was debited on the date and again on next day credited to my account back and check was bounced. If i don't get an answer form the authority I'll go for a legal action on TVS FINANCE and as well on TVS SERVICE.

I'd purchased an samsung mobile phone. Through ur finance. I'd been already paid rs. 3, 884/- to ur marketing mnaager mr. Rajib singh yesterday. But till now the lock is not open by ur company. Maine tvs finance se air conditioner fianace pe liya hai aur uska emi mere account se katata hai maine chalu emi cut hone ke bad bhi mera fir se paisa cut hua aur maine unse refund karne ki vinati ki to tvs ke employee mujhe jan bujhakar sun kar ansuna karana call nhi utha rahe hai to kya tvs finance customer se aise trit karti hai ab mai agale emi nhi bharunga jab tak mujhe mere paise vapas nhi milte aur tab aapke employees mujhe call karenge tab main unhe bataunga ki customer kya hote hai

I had huge respect for tvs finance but its gradually decreases. You know i have purchased tvs sport through tvs finance and the total cost of the bike was 65, 600. I had paid 16, 000 as downpayment. So according to me the loan payment will be merely 51, 000 (Processing fees 550) but i saw that my loan amount is 59, 879 which is totally wrong.
I contacted tvs care and they asked me to send the invoice. I said them ok i'll ask to showroom. But later when i contacted showroom, they told that they can't give invoice as they have given to loan company person. They again said it's not their rule to give us invoice if we purchase through finance. However i was disappointed and contacted tvs care again but they said they can't do anything without invoice.
Rabi who was my agent and financed my bike said, the loan amount was mistakenly printed and he has sent an email to ho regarding this matter and said me to wait for few days. Few days later when i again contacted tvs care, they still asked me to produce the invoice. I also asked the same thing - on which basis you have decided my loan amount. So definitely you have decided the loan amount on the basis of invoice but care said the loan amount was decided on the basis of agent's mouth word.
So my question to tvs finance:
1) how will you decide the loan amount on the basis of agent's mouth word?
2) why you couldn't ask for the invoice while you were deciding the loan amount?
3) why you are making people suffer?
4) you should have common sense that tvs sport price can't be rs. 74, 000.
5) why you can't able to give loan account details before collecting my emi.
6) i was shocked to see you had taken my 2nd emi but couldn't provide any paper or email regarding my loan account details along with emi, interest rate.
So our honorable department (Indian judiciary system), please enquire them otherwise it will lead to huge destruction. These kinds of loan companies will make people die.

I have purchase a new TVS Victor Bike, and it was financed by TVC Finance. I have to pay 24 EMIs. So i have paid 20 EMIs properly at every 5th of the month. But after that my salary was crediting late at 6th of every month so my check was going bounce and i am going for paid at every 7th of month. So i have paid amount 2 day late for my 4 checks. Now i have paid all my 24 EMIs. But now TVS demanding for bouncing and i am redy for paying the bouncing, but they are not settling the amount. Manager is using abused word while i talk to him at first time. His name is Rishiraj pillai and i am from Khargone MP area.
Now suggest me what should i do.

Rc book and noc certificate not given

I have taken the 2 wheeler loan thru tvs finance in the year on 2018 for tvs jupiter for 1 years.

I have paid total due including other hidden charges too.. But as of know not provided proper noc.

I have raised complaint at kukatpally no response and again ho at begumpet.

Kindly help me for getting my vehicle rc book and noc.

I am Arnab Das, I have taken a two wheeler loan from TVS Finance almost 2 years back. I had one late payment in March but I have paid the due amount in April along with April month EMI.

Still it's showing in cibil report that I have over due amount. This kind of negligence is not acceptable from TVS finance team, this is absolutely disgusting.

I am facing serious issue with my cibil score only for this negligence from TVS Finance team.

As per communication with TVS finance team Bangalore (Bommanahalli office )i have sent voucher copy in whats app several times since last 3 months.

I have all voice records, messages but I don't want to mention their name here.

Update it asap by tomorrow before taking any further steps.

This is irfan from mahabubnagar i have applied UC loan last month but due to TAT issue o[censored]r officer has not disbursed the file intime and the seller has 4fit the vehicle and i lost 50K which was given as booking amount now again you guys have presented my pdc to bank account debited 13855/-amount i want clarification on this and refund in next 12hours or i am going book case in consumer court.
