I have booked TVS Iqube 3.5 Kwh electric scooty UG variant on July 8th, 2025, through online by paying 5000 rupees as an initial payment.
Then by July 22nd I have paid the remaining full amount through their official website.
For the first couple of weeks, I haven't got my booking confirmation details. If I ask the support team about this for 15 days, they were saying that they are facing technical issue on their website. After many calls and mails to their support team I have got the payment confirmation.
During my booking they said that the waiting period of the variant which I have booked for is 3 to 4 weeks. If I ask the showroom which I have mentioned on my booking to get the vehicle delivery from. They don't even get any information about my booking till date.
If I reach out to their support team through call or mail, they are saying that the issue is escalated and will be addressed within 24 hrs. But after 3 days also there is no response coming from their side.
Again, If I call their support team, they are saying the same story "Your issue is escalated and will be addressed soon" but again no update from their side.
This breaks my trust with TVS completely.
I have paid the entire amount and also waited for the timeline which they mentioned but now also I haven't got any update about my vehicle delivery date. Was this information helpful? |
