TVS Motor Company — About discount rate and bad response of a sales manager | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Actually i bought a TVS star city + on 03.04.2017. While booking the vehicle they told me that there is a offer of Rs.5000, later my friend booked another same model vehicle with a discount of Rs.12000. Both me and my friend paid full payment for vehicle. While asking about this issue to Sales Manager Mr.Senthil Kumar working in Nellai TVS located at Tuticorin (TamilNadu), his reply was so disturbing. (He told that it is unnecessary to explain you.) Is this is the way you TVS motor company respond to a customer? Both the vehicles are the same model and same color and everything is same but the price has a massive difference. I need a refund of money which they collected excessively from me. Hope there will be a good response from your company.
