Dear TVS Motorcorp,
I am writing this complaint in regards to the awful experience I had @ Chamarajanagara service station. It was a total disrespect and unsatisfactory. Details below,
I left my vehicle for a regular service @Ch-Nagara town service station on 16th Oct with a compliant on headlight not turning up. While delivering back the vehicle I was told by service center that 'bypass' switch is damaged and we have placed an order for the same as currently it is out of stock but the bulb is replaced with a new one.. So by this though the new bulb is fixed as the switch wasn't working I had to drive the vehicle without the light. But the point is, I had to follow-up continuously with the service station to get an update on new switch stock and ofcourse everytime I was told that stock is yet to come and Finally stock received after 2 months ie.., dated 14th Nov.. meanwhile I visited the customer service center twice in person to get the update. When questioned on the delay they completely blamed the TVS motor Corp company for not delivering the ordered accessories. I doubt if this service center really order upfront on 16th October or they made the actual delay. Manager name: Anand's response in this regard was a bit of arrogant and blamed the company.
I would request TVS motor Corp to look into this issue and ensure smooth service for the vehicles.
