I bought Tvs jupiter in april 2019, since a very first day we are facing self start issue earlier. I have to do 10 to 12 self start trias, but didn't start Tvs jupiter then I would like to start my Jupiter via kick and also 14 to 15 kick, I have to do it 8 to 9 times a day!

when I asked for this issue with the concern person of showroom, as always he started, Its new vehicle, it happens, by first service it will be all right,...

I was planning to buy Apache 160 4v and visited to TVS showroom Burari, but there was no AC I was feeling so hot and not able to stand there even a single minute. Yesterday I had a bad accident over rr310 due to electronics failure. It automatically switched off the ABS system over turn and I fall down when I was returning home after getting my bike serviced.
Apart from this I had changed front fork seal 4th time with in a year which destro front disc pads and I have to bare all the costs and injuries. Please take action on my complaint as fast as you can....

Last month i was service bike apache 160 racing edition before service my bike avg. 50 kmpl near above (In full tank my bike run 630 km /12.5 lttr.)

Tv's service is worst i have done 6-7 times service but no good result appears.
It's a major issue if parts not working properly than reaplace it to new part bcoz after a 5-6 servicing bike is not running smoothly.

Dealer's salesman given me damaged apache 160 and when i went to the showroom with my problem, they refused to resolve it and said that nothing can happen for this. The showroom staff also refused to call the manager of the showroom, when i requested them.

Also, they charged me more amount for the bike and given me the printed invoice with less amount on it.
Please help me in this case.
