Today i. E. 5-7-19 when i went to susheel tvs, malasian township branch, to take delivery of my tvs scooty pep+ - no body is there in the showroom, my precious time spoiled, they just informed me over telephone that i should have to wait for 1 to 2 hours or advised me to come again whenever the technician will come after completion of his training

Badly, my scooty pep purchased from the above said showroom. Petrol tank was broken due to the nearby shock absorber, in warranty period only, it took 12 days to get the part in warranty to replace, now they demanding me the charges for fixing of the part of rs.350/ and forced me to get petrol for which i have already given in advance, a bottle of petrol separately.

I have faced the problem with this people for free checkup under warranty, 5 times they rejected to take the vehicle for general service due to non availability of the technician at that branch.

I have purchased tvs jupiter two years back. I am complaining from last 1.5yr or in every service that scooty mileage is very low even less than 30km/litre but the company is claiming 62km/litre.
But in last service when warranty part is over they suddenly said it is your carborator issue thats why it is not giving mileage and they have charged 1633/- inclusive of tax for changing the carborator.
Even i said this is your manufacturing default but they didnt listen. I also raised complaint on phone to their centre, they said we will call you in half an hour but still no response from their side.
This is highly unethical to charge from customer for their manufacturing defaults.

I have jupiter purchased last year.in my third service they are changing collected oil which left from other customers at that time i refused to change with that. And i warned them and changed with seal pack.
Today when i came here for 4 servicing again they repeated the same thing

Dear sir, iam udayakumar from chennai i bought a tvs wego at madipakkam varsha tvs at march month. I give 1 service at may month they services my vechile but they not probaly serviced water are insided in my droom and engine i told that showroom but not response. Last week i give 2nd service again told him my droom are blacked they told me i wil replace that but still now they not response and not relpaced that droom i again that showroom service manager mr babu they wrongly answering and wrongly tone taking. They not response my problem iam totally upset. Please help me to needful solution. I alredy raise the complaint to tvs company about that showroom but not learn my words. So pls help me and replace my droom and my vechilce as soon as possible.

At 29/12/2018 i purchased a tvs zest 110 (Blue) from omega automobiles gudalur, the nilgiris. Unfortunately, the vechicle have a problem for registration upto may. So that i surrender my vehicle on 28 may 2019 to omega showroom for exchange. And i request them to arrange a new vehicle instead of van-md626fg45j2no1791, chassis-fg4nj2201147. And they are agree to arrange my request. But till now i am not receiving a new vehicle and also i am paying dues from muthoot fincorp till this months too. The concern person is not responding us. We are struggling for them's service. So pls help me.

I was serviced my bike in maha tvs davangere 4 months ago. But i am not satisfied. After that they called me to take service again. Then i was rejected their offer. I told them i am not satisfied with your service, not interested. They didn't listened my words, they just cut the call without hearing my words.

My question is, what the purpose they called me.

Purchased jupiter from your vvk showroom mallathahalli branch on 19/12/2018, this vehicle is frequently problem, recently replace sparkplug and ignition problem, wiring problem, frequently on/off while moving, complainted in your showrooms like vvk and prakruti jalahalli cross, 28/06/2019 it happened in night, non of your service centre supported, my vehicle no is ka 41 en 6441, my name is lokesh bantwal mbl. Dear tvs team,
Recently i have purchased tvs radeon bike, over all good except braking.

Especially front brake is pathetic, though we apply full brake, it may not stop even in bumper to bumper move in the traffic.

Kindly look into this serious issue, otherwise bike name will get spoil.

Kindly bring in some alternative ideas for existing sold out radeon bikes to enhance braking performance.

I would suggest disc brakes could be fixed at front wheel. Tvs might look into the sold out bikes tvs radeon model too.

I have put amc for my apacha 180 bike in last service and when i went to leave my bike for second time in amc during that time the person in showroom told that i have to pay periodic service chargers.in the amc book itself clearly mentioned 4 free service will be done in 1 year from time of amc purchase.
When i asked him he replied to read the book properly and he argued with me.

And when i have picked my bike found no work done as per condition of bike, and taken charges of 750 rs i don’t know which charges you have applied

With due regards, i purchased tvs ntorq on 29jun19 from tvs ramkay agencies adyar chennai. After 70 kms i am not able to start my scooter. Its having unusual engine sound and after 1km engine stops. Its really dangerous for me in traffic. I am facing issues in ignition and engine start. No engine pressure and having very unusual engine sound. Now its on parking and i am regreting this purchase. I am very disappointed with tvs product. Please do needful thank you.

Hello tvs motors,
I bought a scooter jupiter on 2017 at pla. Tvs trichy, tamilnadu. When i delivered it having mfd defect in that. Showroom members told that, we are not responcible for that anymore. How to solve that??.. Especially two persons in that showroom who has named sathya & mahendrakumar are service advisor, service manager accordingly. My scooter's fork assembly is very damaged. Till now giving service at pla tvs periodically. But they cant responced. Even i get the fork assembly by insurance, these two persons can't allowed. Pls take necessary action aggainst it.

I m purchase tvs jupiter grand edition scooty date of purchase 16.03.2019 and my 1st service done in 749 km done. I m not satisfied your service because scooty not taking self any time. This is very sad. I m spend the rest 71000 but not happy for your service provider. Tvs dynamic service center raja puri dwarka. I m facing big problem all time because self is not working this is not good. Tvs service center is very poor class please resolve my problem.
Please your service is not satisfying please giving better service provide for customer. Thanks

I am benjamin from ludhiana and got my juliet from rudra motors and months back i had problem and they send me to laxmi motors and from there i also got an amc done now rudra motors said that amc is not valid at their service station. While on selling me amc lacking motors did not mentioned that this ancient is valid only on there service station.

Subject: i m not able to claim my amc service coupon as the service centre tvs atulya wheel nasik is closed from last 2 months
I had issued with amc coupon on 22 nov 2018 for my tvs apache rtr 180 for four free services from tvs atulya nasik
S. No 904, plot no.3+4, near hotel sai palace, mumbai - agra national hwy, pathardi phata, nashik, maharashtra 422007
And i had claimed two service but now when i visit the service centre it is closed from last two months and mobile no. Provided by tvs customer care is also out of reach so i m not able to claim the last two service for my tvs bike. This is not the way how a reputed company behave with its customers.
And i have visited another tvs service centre in nasik named pargati pava, but they denied that they can't accept another showroom amc coupon.
Plz take necessary action and inform me regarding this issue as soon as possible.

Facing a lot of trouble due to the staff members at tvs kalamkar motors while purchase they assured number will be given in 5working days its been 20days there is no response from kalamkar tvs motors neither they have given any bill nor insurance papers. I am having my vehicle without number plate and staff is not providing any information and staff is too pathetic there none of the numbers working which they have provided. Inpolite and unprofessional staff. Dupe customers by their fake promises and while asking information process date for rto passing they answered that it was filed on 23jume which is sunday.

I serviced tvs ntorq vehicle in arunagiri tvs bomanahalli on 24/05/2019 with job card no: jc_no:54849 with complaint of self start and front wheel problem. Both the issues are not resolved just they did water cleaning and gave the vehicle. After frequent visit also they did not took my vehicle for repair. Now they are saying you need to visit battery point to check the condition of battery
1) if the battery is faulty why they did not...

Never buy TVS bike . Faulty bikes made by TVS company.And never buy bikes from Suryapratap motors as well.Recently I bought Ntorque from surya pratap motors bangalore .After buying within one week only it gave starting problem .so many times it has stopped in the ring road .Bellandur, near to eco space while coming back from office .My friends suggested that go for honda activa as it is a proven product and they have been using Honda activa since five years still they have not faced a situation where the scooty has been stopped in the middle of the road .
Even they have not using to start their bikes through kick as well till now .And also my sister is also using activa since five years in a row .I can say don't go for the features in TVS bikes, its of no use if your bike is going to be stopped in the middle of the road.why should I take tension after spending 85000 rupees to get a faulty new bike . TVS guys are telling me it has 5 yeras of warrenty if any problems will be occured in future we will take care of that .But my concern is why evrytime I should feel like insecure that this bike might stopped in the middle .I am totally harrased .And belive me I will make sure that TVS ratings in online will be zero from now onwards .I will post this review evry where and make sure not a single TVS bike will sell after some time from any of your showroom in India .I will make youtube videos and evrything .

I want my money back to buy honda activa .Thats all.
