There is showroom which takes three types of labour charge. 1. Labour cost 2. Showroom enter cost 3. Chain set feed cost. And it all rate cost includes in labour cost. And the very bad behavior of showroom owner. He is a crazy guy. He took vehicle wash cost but it is also includes in general service charge. I purchased ntorq on september. I fixed lady handle for n torque 125. But problem is that after fixed the lady handle, when i close the seat, the light is not shut downed (Off) because of lady handle's assembling problem. Iam complaining about the service at peelamed tvs (Sakthi saradha), worst service and iam not satisfied with the work they done to my motorcycle. Customer requests are not fulfilled the some of the complaints are improper water wash, engine noise is not minimised, poor care of vehicle. Mera bike ka silencer bahut aabaj kar raha hai. Machenic ne kaha silencer brack ho gya hai. Par abhi tak mera silencer change nahi huya hai. We have purchase new bike on 13 september 2018 from shree motor from badlapur, but we received damage bike, issue was oil leakage, so i submit my bike on 15 september at shree motor with 1000 rs fuel.

Then we receive bike on 23 september as a replacement (Without fuel), and now new bike also issue not started, i can't submit my bike again and again.

So bad experience i get from tvs.
