Sir, i had purchased tvs jupiter from priyanka motors, panvel (410206) on 18 feb 2014. Till now dated 30 may 2016 i have not received legal registration documents of vehicle from priyanka motors. Details: purchaser: nilesh b chaudhari purchase date: 18 feb 2014 engine number: 77717 chasis no: 85725 sales person: mr. Mhatre i cannot use the vehicle on road without legal documents due to which i am unable to service my vehicle since 20 months. Please resolve my issue. Regards nilesh [protected]

    I've taken my tvs jupiter to the the shelar tvs service center, balaji nagar, pune on 29-may. There i've been charged for 'oil supplement' along with 'consumable' and 'engine oil'.
    I've seen, at few other tvs authorized service stations (Like one in bibwewadi, pune), this 'oil supplement' is not part of servicing and also not taken into bill.
    Is this oil supplement is mandatory?
    Why shelar tvs is by default adding this item and charging to every person who is coming for free servicing.
    Also, as per 'free service coupon', labor charges are free but still amount of rs. 50 is taken under the heading 'consumable'.? Along with vat, service tax, and sbc on all the above mentioned items.
    Request you to look into this matter and update.

      Sir,
      Some few year back, i bought a tvs jupiter scooter from a dealer named vijay tvs, chidambaram. At the time of purchase, they promised proper support from their side. Last week, crankshaft of my scooter made trouble so they insisted to change it... We expected the service centre to bear the cost of the component as it was an internal failure. Plse note it all happened within the warranty period.. Finally they accepted to bear the cost but they are not delivering the scooter on time and saying that component is out of stock... It's been 11 days from now... No sign of delivering the scooter... Why tvs company is taking too long to deliver a single crankshaft to its authorised service centre... As they claim tvs company delivers spare parts to us very late... Very sad about this matter...

        Hi my name is Ajith and i have purchased a tvs starcity + and its about 3 months old i have done 3 free services now and each time i need to come back for some or the other complaint and iam really not happy of the electric items in the vehicle as they keep giving me problem. Each time i service the vehicle indecater buzzer, break light etc won't work properly. Iam really not happy because of this...

          Tvs star city +110 es mwl black + red,
          From day one i have issue regarding rear suspension and wheel allignment.
          I have visited at tvs service station (Kalamkar motors, hadapsar, pune).
          But i got very poor and bad response.
          It is less than a year from purchase date. Vehicle is under warranty period.
          Still i have told to claim this issue under insurance claim by the service provider. If it is manufacturing defect, who is responsible??? Why should i put this issue under insurance claim???

          I have purchased this vehicle because of the name of "tvs".
          But sorry to say, "your distributor and service provider doesn't care about your name."

          If you care about your name and reputation in market, i hope you will take some serious action.

            This is to inform you that as am the residence of mandideep I prefer going to the nearest service center do I chosed star tvs mandideep n I did 3-4 services from there my vehicle is seriously damaged by them they don't Greez the parts and also I recently took a service from them date[protected] and on my way the vehicle stopped I owns a Jupiter scotter. Then on my way I dropped my vehicle at nearest shop n the next day my father asked them to get my vehicle repaird the star tvs machnice went ther and said only the petrol pipe is not connected some has tried to steel petrol that's why then they they leg and when I went to pick the vehicle it was again not getting start then I took the vehicle to a another tvs showroom where they diagnosed that filter holder comp was not original cable assy choke was broken
            Spark plug was never changed then I again got it serviced on[protected].
            After the serivice my Jupiter was ruining as I brought it new am happy but seriously ed a answer from the star motors.

              I (A Aruna) liked the performance of TVS Jupitor and bought bike from Sri Balamurugan TVS Gudiyatham on 10/04/16. As the vehicle not used much due to delay in registration but by calling and visiting showroom there is no clarity on registration. Vehicle already covered 500+ kms and done my first EMI & 1st Service, is this the service TVS support us. We are not here to buy vehicle and keep at home for this much time. Kindly take necessary action to complete the registration.

                Dear sir/maam

                This is to bring to your kind notice that i ashudeep singh negi is a customer who owns apache with frame no. Mde34ke40f2d27600 and bike no. Up32gf8277, gave my bike for servicing on 22 may 2016 in your authorized service station tvs nirman in lucknow. I went to take my bike after servicing in the evening where i found that my vizer around my petrol tank has got damaged due to there mishandling.

                I told them to do the needful to repair that problem but they refused as the service station was about to close in the evening. I went next day as well but they told its not there fault and its due to my mishandling.

                They were quite rude to me and i would also like to mention that my bike was purchased only last year on 28/5/15, according to that its still under warranty.

                I would like you to take some action against this issue and help me with a proper solution as soon as possible.

                  I am owner of tvs apache rtr 180 (Grey), i have serviced my rtr 180 in last month i. E. April, 2016 and i am very very disappointed with the service.

                  I have three issues in bike that the gear is not operating properly, low average and handle bearing was damaged. For which the service center had suggested to change complete set of clutch plates (Approx rs. 1200), did engine flush & decarbon for engine and changed the handle bearing.

                  Have spent approximately rs. 4, 000 on spares and service but problems are still the same, infact increased.

                  The gear is still not operating smoothly even after changing whole set of clutch plates, average went worst than before, engine is making more noise than before and more on it while changing handle bearing they have damaged the oil seal of front suspension (Both right as well as left side) and are now asking to spend more rs. 650 for the same.

                  This was a worst experience with tvs authorised service center.

                  Kindly look in to the matter and ask service center to resolve the said issues without any further charges.

                  I own TVS Wego

                  I have always serviced it with your authorized service centre since I bought it.
                  I have been getting it serviced from TVS Innovative at Bhandup since 2013 and I had a very bad experience with them.

                  Every time I service it, I get same or new problem immediately after servicing of scooter.

                  I pay again for repairs in addition to the services.

                  This time they have just damaged my vehicle to an extent that I am not able to use it further.

                  I serviced it on 02 August with starting problem, paid INR 2900.
                  It did not start well and developed a problem with vehicle stopping anytime abruptly. I went to Innovative service at Bhandup on 09th August and they repaired it in few hours but I could hardly reach my home as bike did not run at all in the middle of the road.

                  My Kumar send his personnel and took the scooter to his service center. It was kept till 16th August and charged INR 1300 for some part replacement.

                  Now still I am not able to start my scooter either by kick or self start.

                    Purchased scooty zest in 2015 and it started pulling to the left side while driving, gave for service three times and they are telling there is no problem with vehicle. The people in vehicle service could not figure out the problem. But i am completely dissatisfied with the vehicle. I do not know whether it is a problem with fork or something else.

                      My name is Chirag Raja Poojari.Ibought a TVS Jupiter in Feb 2016 from Shree Sai TVS Vashi, Navi Mumbai.I have not still received my seat cover, travel charger, rc book and my number.Its been four months now and when I call up at the showroom, they lackdiasically tell about me being a rented customer .Also, The staff their does not care a bit about customer grievance and my concerns are falling on deaf ears.The Manager, Mr. Mahindra, needs grooming session on how to treat customer when they look upto you when your execs are given proper solution to customer.When I asked the executive to handover the call to Manager, the exec (dont know who) replies "kya ukhaad lega".What they dont know is customer is the reason you re still there.Also, Manager doesnot have a clue about what is the status about my number.

                      I bought TVS Jupiter because of the parameters it performed on, but believe me if you if you dont work pn your customer service skills, then no amount of performance is gonna help you.

                      Hope this grievance works out in the positive and somebody in the company still cares about customer.

                          It's me v. Nivas from chennai perambur, tamilnadu. I have purchased a tvs jupiter in m/s kamakshi motors, no.90, m. H. Road, (N) perambur, chennai-600011. Area code:053, tin no:[protected]. During my 4th and 5th paid service this agency is not providing the invoice bill. If i asked means they are simply telling that their system got repair and we will courier it with in couple of days. But still now my previous service bill is not given. Today[protected] i have dropped my vehicle for general servicing and to replace the tail lamp. But they did any thing but charged rs.808/-and gave the delivery chellan as a bill. While i asked their sales manager "mr. Raman" is not responding and shouting like any thing and used bad words. It's my right to ask my service bill, but he is shouting and in one movement he threatening me. So, as a customer from your end you have to take action against this agency and to this sales manager mr. Raman. Otherwise there is no other go to complaint in consumer court.                             I am totally disappointed with the last servicing and there was nil action taken against the complaints and suggestions which i have provided the concern person.

                            I am not satisfied with this kind of services which is provided in tvs abhishek - ghatkopar, rather than doing again service over there i would request tvs motors to cancel this kind of dealers and service centers which is spoiling the brand name which is built by tvs not by abhishek. I will request tvs motors to take by vehicle if they are not willing to do the services as per my preference.

                            Now again i have been forced to visit to the workshop which is not worth for the money which is spent. I would request you to rather refund the sum of money which i have paid or transfer the amc to some other branch.

                            You can treat this email as a notice from my end as a customer i have a democracy to move from one branch to another.

                            If the services are free why consumable charges are implemented in the bill. Who is doing fraud tvs motor or abhishek tvs - ghatkopar

                              I bought a tvs jupiter on 4th april, 2016 from sai baba sales pvt ltd, chinchwad, pune - 19.

                              I am surprised to see the worst form of customer satisfaction, since the time i bought the vehicle. No one is bothered to listen to our grievances at the dealers end. They do not pick up the phone. I got a vehicle which has serious problems, the fuel meter is faulty and shows faulty readings. The dealer says it a common problem and the company is doing nothing about this... Ridiculous.

                              The dealer has to refund me a small amount which they are not doing despite all follow up from my side.

                              Can someone tell me what to do about all this.

                                We sent our tvs heavy duty for free service. A person working in the service center told us that mobi-oil that is used for service is not available and we have to pay for another synthetic mobi-oil that will cost around 323/-.

                                When we told her that its your problem if you dont have the normal one than she told us to file a complaint if we cant afford the synthetic one.

                                If any action is not taken against this than it is obvious that company is also involved with their dealers.

                                    I purchased the TVS Apache RTR 180 Non ABS on 7th October, 2015, but
                                    since then I have been facing various problems with the bike, latest
                                    is a strange sound coming from the front suspension when bike goes
                                    into the pit, which the engineers initially tried to resolve by doing
                                    some repair work on the cone set of the handle bar, but the problem
                                    persisted then they replaced the bushes of the front fork, and after
                                    that they replaced front mud guard supporter and after they took my
                                    bike for 2 days and did something their own tricks after last visit my
                                    bike's shocker is not working properly and coming unexpected sound
                                    from it they increases my trouble by give 2 problems once which i was
                                    facing since starting and now this shocker problem is well but still
                                    both the concern still there.and finally today on 16/05/2016 i visited
                                    again for shocker concern i reach GK TVS Service Center by 9 am but
                                    they didn't start the work till 10:30 i wait after that i went to the
                                    manager he said he will start the work in sometime again and again he
                                    was saying the same thing after that i called to the TVS Customer Care
                                    and register a complaint after my complaint i went again to manager by
                                    11:30 he directly said that he will not look or work of my bike i
                                    asked why he said that i complaint to TVS and he was angry on me and
                                    clearly refuse to work.As I had expressed my concern that, this being
                                    a new bike I have to undergo the torture from service center manager's
                                    behavior and getting my bike opened up despite me taking excellent
                                    care of the bike.

                                    Mine TVS Jupiter bike has some complaint, front shock absorber noise in bumpy road, in rainy day vehicle will not get jump start, rear side noise when two members sitting in bike, mine bike odometer is just 3500km, so slove this problem.

                                    Hello, I brought tvs jupitor scooter ago 25 days. But now it not running smoothly. Front wheel obling and suddenly shut down in running condition.so it is requested to u case back my money or change the scooter.

                                      I recently dropped my vehicle at one of your service centers in bangalore
                                      Sri hari motors, no 20, mookambika complex,
                                      New bank colony, amruthnagar main road
                                      Konankunte
                                      Bangalore ­ 560062

                                      On vehicle pickup, supervisor mentioned that the belt was local and that should be replaced. Unfortunately, the belt replacement was done at the same service center 10 months ago. Later, supervisor accepted the fault and assured me the replacement. Further argument with the incharge person revealed that the duplicate parts are used sometimes. Also, the pack of new spare part looks genuine but the parts in the package is not original. Not sure if the service center is using genuine parts or not. I personally enquired about the service center with other customers and got to know that service is pathetic and not worth the money charged. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Have attached the invoice for details.

                                      Problem in the self start functionality within 15 days and sudden engine switch off during driving.so i have gave my tvs Jupiter to 1 service, dealer told it will be get proper after first service is been done, if the problem does not got sorted please take action regarding this...

                                        Hi I bought a tvs wego in November 2014 from kk tvs najafgarh. From the start I started facing problems with the scooty.
                                        In one and a half years its driven head and the belt has been changed three times, spark plug is not stable, so many times I have pulled it on road to kilometers, the headlights are also defected as water goes inside while washing and rain thus head lamp is to b changed several times, after all this in last service the cost of service and parts was almost 3000 Rs, and after some time the scooty stopped working and I come to know that the engine oil is finished, I really can't understand how it is possible, the service center service is not satisfactory, the employees don't know how to talk to clients, I have extended warranty upto five years of scooty but whenever there is some problem in parts then I have been told that they are not covered under warranty.
                                        This all is like hell.
                                        I really didn't wanted to do a mail like this but the pain and embarrassment is now beyond the imagination.
                                        Is there any way to get rid of all these painful problems ??
