    Hi sir,
    I bought the bike apache rtr 200 bs6 on 1st january 2020, i just drive the bike for 26 days and on 27th day while i was going to my office on the bike i met with an accident that day on 27th january 2020, actually i bought this bike on emi sir, i don't have any query related to the bike, actually i have issue with those service center's, sir why they are just making people fools, i kept the bike on 28th january 2020 in gandhinagar showroom, oceanic motors, sector-30, near thermal plant. But since today sir they are just giving nonsense excuses to me and saying that as this is bs6 company has not launched the spare parts yet and it will take time we have ordered the spare parts from chennai, it has been 3 months and still they not not received their order sir, i want to know that are they making fool to mw or is it true

    Tvs is just making people fool??
    Is tvs just launched bs6 in the market without launching the spareparts???

    Kindly answer my questions and please look into this issue, sir in this whole issue i am paying emi every month without riding the bike, was this my mistake that i bought tvs vehicle!!!

      Hi i purchased a new scooty zest in balamurugan tvs, vellore. There is a problem with button start of new bike and also there is some harsh bullet like sound while riding the bike. I also lodged a compliant and they took the bike for service. But there is no difference in service, same problem continuing. Registration number is tn23 cr 3645. I still din receive rc book also. But i am having so many problems with this bike. It's really mentally distressing to call these tvs showroom people who din respond properly at all. They have done the service but still am facing same problem again and again.

        Before 3 day i brought new apache 200 4v bs6, i'm facing chain sound and engine and gear problem. Clutch didn't perform well gears sleeps and make sound. Chain makes sound more then engine and exhaust. I'm really disappointed from bike performance. I driven almost 100km. Problem of clutch and chain in same as it was. I have feeling like its manufacturing issues, and i told alot of times to dealer and your tvs company territory manager but why the gays can't resolved my problem, i can't accept this so as soon as possible please change this bike

          Sir i want to bring this to your notice that have given my bike apache rtr 180 at the service center for repairing work. It was actually an insurance claim. When i have my bike for repairing work the tachometer war working perfectly but what i recieved the bike it was not working and when i asked them they said they will not repair it and told me to change the whole meter console. Sir with due respect why should change it and pay the extra cost when i knew that it was working perfectly fine earlier that is not done
          I want to request all the concerning authorities to look into this matter as soon as possible.
          Not only this but the supervisor (Shailendra kumar) was cooperating very badly not in a good manner.
          I have been doing services from the past two years every time i had to face some sort of problems
          But this time i thought i should bring this to the notice of higher authorities
          One last thing sir
          We go to the service center because we want good service not to insult ourselves. People working there in the servicing department seems to be in a hurry
          I have seen other customers begging to the service mens to get there work done
          This is not done sir
          Please look into this as soon as possible

          I have brought my vehicle for servicing on 2nd march 2020. After that my vehicle is not running. So i brought it again to service centre but they are not willing to do it timely. They are asking for one full day to work on it.

            This is ashish rupwate from vasai. Contact no. [protected]. I have my scooty tvs ntorq125. Its only 8 months old since i have taken the scooty and within 8 months front mudguard center piece has been cracked. I told the issue in your vasai west workshop but now its been 1 month since i'm asking for the part and still it has not been delivered. Now the mudguard is fully damaged and broken due to which i am not able the drive the scooty and it has been kept idle down my building. Last month also there was an issue with the battery which i wanted to claim in my insurance then i was getting very pathetic service and response from the members of the workshop telling me that they don't have time and asked me to come later and after third time at which i became angry on them after which they solved my issue immediately. This wasn't expected from your side that the customer is facing so many problems and now due to corona virus i have been told that it wont be getting resolved till 31st of march. I'm getting very pathetic service from the people in the workshop. I'm feeling regretted that i bought the scooty from tvs. If my issue doesn't gets resolved then i'll file a complaint against tvs. So i hope you will look into this matter and solve it immediately.

              I own a pep plus which has been serviced in different authorized service center 3times as where we got the time but when i putted a complain regarding rear shocker at first they asked me to come after a week and get it changed under warranty period they refused to change it is there is rules that if i got my vehicle serviced at different authorized service center the warranty is not valid are they right if not plz get my shocker changed as soon as possible

                  I had given my tvs jupiter reg no. Mh-26 6776 as the coil of my vehicle was damaged on 07/03/2020, at t. V. S. Showroom kalamandir, nanded, maharashtra. But from that date till now the showroom had not repaired my vehicle on reason that the coil is still not available, the vehicle is driven by my sis-in-law, so please do d needful. They r not talking properly also

                    Dear team,

                    I would like to bring this to your light that i had purchased a new tvs ntorq on nov 2018 and from the first service itself i had an issue that my engine kill switch fails to work sometimes.
                    I had specifically asked on my first and second service in shree sai tvs vashi and asked them to resolve this issue but was unresolved and they said they have rectified the issue. After that the service centre was only closed down. A new service centre was open on their place meenaxi tvs and i had my third service on sept 2019 and that time also i had complained about the engine kill switch but they had also daid that this is rectified and again unresolved. Ever since that from nov 2019 i receive calls for 4th srrvice by this time i was not satisfied with the same and i asked the executive everytime that i need my previous problem of the kill switch rectified and only then i would give for service. But from them no one has attended my query. I had also purchased a teftlon coating service which vosted me 650 rs but it was not done even once till date. Everytime they say the washing guy is not there please do it next time. Now who is liable for this issue and i urge thatbi need my kill switvh rectified, my teftlon coating 4 times as per bill and my final service to be taken. This is really utter # service provided by tvs.

                      Meri gadi jupiter zx general checkup ke liye diya tha.. Aaj ko 20days ho gaya hai. Jab mene rec ke liye gaya to tod ke rakha tha.. Abhi tak gadi nahi mil raha hai. Jab mene question kiya to jyoti tvs ka staff surrender nahi kar raha hai.. Au aaj tak ghumate hai.. Aaj milega kal mike aise ghumate hai.. Pls request sir meri gadi jald se jald mujhe dijiye. Aur woh staff ke upar streackly action lijiye

                      Apache 160 2015 model.Engine guard broken on left side.when I checked with vijaya motors Avadi, they said it will come in 2 days.but it's been a month now, but still no response and are saying that they don't have new one. Now I require new engine guard for my bike. It's my humble request.

                      I am purchased TVs scooty pep on pebravary 14 it was oil lekaged from hair filter and petrol lekaged from hair pipe I done on first servos march 10 but prablam not saloved still items leakaged tha dealer and service person not responding properly

                        To tata service vale bole ye jimedari tv's agency ki hue to harsh agency se phone se baat karae to harh agency vale bula liye
                        Ab sir aaj kal aaj kal kar rahe hai aur battery aaj tak badali nahi gae aur battery ke bina bike khadi hai

                          My name is VIBEESH i was get my rtr on 28 septermber 2019.at that time im getting a major compalint of fuel leakage in petrol tank.and iwas reported to high tech motors in Kannur.2 time they were removed my fuel tank& they didn't get the reason of the leakage.they told me that they were cleared that problme.at last before 2or 3 day i feel the same complaint & i went to my nearest tvs showroom legeacy tvs service center.when the mechanic check my vehiche he get the problme.the problme is when tvs company is manifacturing ma bike they change the screw under the fuel tank..so it is beacame a hole under the tank.& Also tank part was broken by your manifacturing time

                            Hi team,
                            Purchased ntorq 3 weeks ago. From second day i am facing the issue in its meter and shockers. Meter shakes while the vehicle is on 10 or above speed, shockers make noises while applying the brake. Vehicle is inspected three times but still issue persists. At first inspection by dealer crew they stick double sided tape to solve issue and said that it is quality issue by company itself. There service center are closed all the time. I have all the call recordings and proofs. Please replace or give the refund of the product.

                              I was purchased tvs jupiter grand edition on feb 19 from sona motors hunsur. But they are not giving any invoice from vehicle and assceories, today i went & ask invoice, they told we are not raise any invoice, i want invoices kindly look into matter very urgent o want invoice and complete details of my paying amount... We will pay rs 93450 on road price, but we received only rto and insurance again we required bill copy and accessories bill copy. We have receipt copy

                                This is related to my scooty pep+ which is submitted to showroom for exchange offer. We bought zupiter vehicle in exchange of scooty pep + in 2016. But the pep+ is still on my name till feb 2020. The showroom sold the vehicle without my consent to the person and i had to end up paying tax for the car that i’ve purchased recently.

                                When we approached tvs dealer in between as well they always assured that bike transfer of registration is already completed, but to our surprise that was still on my name.

                                    Last three days back self handed over my scooty to sarathy agencies at pollachi.
                                    I am not satisfied the service and the management approach is very worse.
                                    My vehicle strucked with in 200 feet while test driving after service and couldn't able to stop my vehicle due to poor break adjustment.
                                    My vehicle having wheel bend issue and the service center told as disc not in stock. Self purchased new disc from your authorized dealer in coimbatore (Aditya). That disc also they are not fit in to my vehicle.
                                    Service is very worse..

                                      I gave my tvs apache 200 to ridhi sidhi motors tvs service center at bhilai for fixing problems like of chain and gear and they asked me 2 days service time after about 4-5 days i reached there and they haven't done a single thing in it no problem resolved and bike not even washed. After raising voice against their ill treatment they said to come back with bike another day and i did the same
                                      But they again delaying their scheduled service time for about 4-5 days more and ignoring my calls they did it after my constant requests.. I was charged heavy bill twice first for servicing (Which they havent done anythng) and again for replacement of parts and labour charge
                                      After all this today my bike stopped working on road because they didnt even charged the battery and i have to pay again to local mechanic for charging and fixing it

                                        I have done my bike servicing from vidisha tvs service center so they done bad service bike produce song from engine, bike body and not propery runing gair is slip i have already told when i give my bike for servicing gair plates are slip and after completing servicing this issue is not resolved only for 2 to 3 days after 3 days i have face same issue so please reaised a complaint against tvs showroom vidisha servicing center
