I have purchased TVS Jupiter 110 from Sai Motors Nerul (Ratan Auto). The current reading of the bike is only 1400 KM. Around one month back I logged a complaint to TVS care (complaint number:[protected] as I am not able to start the bike with button for some days and after with an even a kick. Someone from TVS has picked up the bike and kept it there in the showroom to check the issue for around 4-5 days and returned back saying the issue is resolved. After around 20 days again was started facing the same issue with auto start and after some time i am not able to start the bike again with a kick.
I have logged the grievance again against the same number[protected], again they have picked the bike kept and kept the bike for checking for 5 days and returned back saying issue resolved but after 2 days facing the same issue.
I feel there is some manufacturing defect with the bike which TVS is not ready to accept and am not intend to followup with service centre for same issue again and again. Please help me claim my money back from TVS for faulty product and harrasment after that while services.
