Tvs Motor Company — brake tail lamp during change petrol tank | |||
Hi, Date of the incident :[protected] I am vikas ([protected]) and my email id "[protected]@gmail.com". I have tvs jupiter. I went to aditi tvs for change my petrol fuel so during changing the petrol tank the mechanic broke my tail lamp. Then i register my complaint to tvs customer care and sourabh sharma ([protected]) revert me and said you tail lamp were already broken. He also mail me regarding that. He said our representative already mention in job card but that yellow color job card they didn't write before i signed he write after they broke my tail lamp. I insisted them from 3 days to change my tail lamp and this is not my fault. But sourabh sharma said the tail lamp would be repaired when you pay or put claim on that. My complaint is this is not my fault why i put claim or pay for my tail lamp. He also said you should read job card description that already mentioned that if during service, bike face any incident that is truly depend on customer site. There is no responsibility of tvs mechanic. So, it means that they broke anything or that thing would be not repaired? That is not a very big thing i can easily claim on it or fix but that's not my fault. I raised that issue because they lie on every step. So, please do something. I am exhausted & frustrated that i never seen like this before and i want justice on that, please resolve this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
