TVS Motor Company — Cash Loan as per SMS from TVS | |||
I have received an sms from TVS to avail cash loan based on my existing two wheeler loan (TN3002TW0043468). I have submitted the documents to Mr.Thilak including 4 Cheques on 6 June 2017 at Prabha TVS, Ashok Nagar, Chennai. There is no response from the team. They are not picking my calls or not giving any updates. it is almost 1 month now. please can you resolve this issue at the earliest. I was told that this will get approved in 4 days. When i called TVS, there is no record about my application but the dealer is telling it is already logged in. Was this information helpful? | |||
