TVS Motor Company — Complaint against Ahinsa Automobiles, New Delhi | |||
Sir, I bought one Jupiter Scooter, from your dealer Ahinsa Motors, 10 Adchini Aurobindo Marg at New Delhi on dated 28/09/2014.(invoice no.1060, copy attached) Sir, My complaint is that till date I have not received my Registration Certificate from the said dealer. Several times I visited the dealer but they are not giving any satisfactory answer about the whereabouts of RC. Now the Dealer informs that the RC has been lost.When I asked them to provide a duplicate copy of RC, that also has not been provided to me. I also launched a complaint to TVS customer Cell( complaint no. 33971, dated 31.12.2014). They assured me that it will be resolved in a few days but no positive result has so far been received. Having been purchased the vehicle, I cannot use it without a Registration. Since I have paid the entire amount of the vechicle in cash, it is the duty of the Dealer to provide me the complete papers of the vehicle. I am writing to you to take up this issue with your Dealer so that this problem is resolved.If this Dealer fails to provide satisfactory service and arrange to provide my RC as early as possible, I will have no option but to approach the Consumer Court against the Company as well as the Dealer, for harassment and irresponsible treatment given to me.
