Tvs Motor Company — complaint against tvs dealer

Hi,

I had purchased a tvs jupiter from tvs subhashree motors, wakad. Pune on 1st october and had submitted all the paperwork for finance and vehicle registration on time. Initially the dealership delayed invoice causing cancellation of vehicle loan from hdfc and after multiple follow ups finally loan disbursement was done by 15th oct. After multiple follow up with dealership, my vehicle registration is still pending and papers not sent to rto on time. I got a call today from another dealership (Sai baba tvs) today that chasiment is pending. Why was this not done by dealership (Subhashree motors) on time. Now i will have to further wait for registration because my paperwork is being done now. I honestly regret my decision to purchase a tvs vehicle where i cannot even take out my vehicle because it's not registered yet. I seriously condemn the callous and irresponsible attitude of the tvs dealer and would recommend tvs to take action against the dealer. My email id is jha.
