The TVS Jupiter 110 was purchased and delivered on August 2025.
I am writing this letter to formally register a complaint regarding my TVS Jupiter 110, which I purchased from your dealership. From the beginning, I have been facing repeated mechanical issues, which are causing serious inconvenience and safety concerns.
Main Complaints:
Handle Bending Issue:
The handle of my TVS Jupiter 110 has bent abnormally during normal usage. This issue keeps recurring even though the vehicle is driven carefully and on regular roads.
Bearing Replacement Done Twice:
The front bearing has already been replaced two times, yet the problem continues. This indicates a possible manufacturing or design defect.
Headlight Shaking Problem:
The headlight shakes excessively while riding, especially on normal roads. This affects visibility during night riding and creates a serious safety risk.
Despite repeated visits to the service center, these problems have not been permanently resolved. I am highly disappointed with the quality and reliability of the vehicle.
I kindly request you to:
Inspect the vehicle thoroughly
Provide a permanent solution to the above issues
If required, replace the defective parts or take appropriate corrective action under warranty
If the issues are not resolved at the earliest, I will be forced to escalate this matter to TVS customer care and higher authorities.
my deep dissatisfaction with the service quality at Elan Motors, Kallachi. I am extremely unhappy with the service provided and feel it is very poor and unprofessional.
Despite visiting the service center for vehicle issues, the problems were not properly diagnosed or resolved. The staff behavior and service handling were unsatisfactory, and there was a lack of responsibility and proper communication. Overall, the service experience was very bad, and I am not satisfied at all.
As a customer, I expected better service standards from an authorized TVS service center. Unfortunately, Elan Motors, Kallachi failed to meet even basic expectations.
I kindly request TVS management to:
Take this complaint seriously
Review the service quality at Elan Motors, Kallachi
Ensure proper action is taken so that other customers do not face similar issues
