I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue with my newly purchased TVS motorcycle. From the first day o[censored]sage, I have been noticing an abnormal sound coming from the motor bore/engine area. This is highly disappointing, especially considering the bike is brand new and has been handled with proper care.
The motorcycle was inspected by the technician/mechanic at the dealership unusual noise is persistent and increases while riding, which raises concerns about the engine’s quality and safety. As a customer, I expected a smooth and trouble‑free experience from a reputed brand like TVS.
I kindly request you to inspect the vehicle at the earliest, identify the root cause of the issue, and provide an appropriate resolution under warranty. Please treat this matter as urgent, as the problem is affecting the riding experience and may lead to further damage if not addressed promptly.
