TVS Motor Company — complaint for not providing the vehicle number after a lapse of more than 10 months | |||
I have purchase tvs ntorq from the agency named m/s. Dynamic motors, nagpur on 18th of january'2019. Even after lapse of more than 10 months, the agency has not provided the vehicle number. Inspite of several personal visits in the showroom, email & telephonic communication, the agency failed to provide me the vehicle number. I have purchase this vehicle by making a complete payment amounting to rs.80102/- (Incl. Of taxes) (Tax invoice no. Dm/1850/18-19 dated 28.01.2019. However, i am getting only assurance from the owner of the agency. The reason for not providing me the vehicle number is due to the fact that the agency has failed to make the tax payment to rto. At once i have paid a challan of rs.200/- to police department. I request tvs motors authorities for an immediate action against the agency or i will lodge a complaint in the police station for my suffering. - (Jyoti pawan verma) Was this information helpful? | |||
