Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Unresolved Issues with TVS Jupiter (Registration No: AP39ES1135) Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received for my TVS Jupiter (Registration No: AP39ES1135) at your service center. I have contacted your service team multiple times regarding several issues, but I have not received the quality of service that I expect from TVS Motor India. Unresolved Issues: I brought my bike in for a general service along with complaints regarding the horn and bike shaking at speeds over 40 km/hr. After the service, I discovered that the shaking issue was not addressed. When I inquired about this, I received vague responses, and the service team seemed unaware of my complaints. Improper Repairs: While the horn issue was somewhat resolved, the adjustments made were insufficient and left the bike panels improperly fitted. I was informed that the mechanic who worked on my bike had resigned, and now I am being asked to pay for replacing the panels due to their negligence. Lack of Communication: Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any updates on the status of my complaints. The service team promised that I would receive calls after service completion, but this has never happened. I have had to use my own contacts to reach out for updates. Customer Care Concerns: The customer care number provided does not connect to a dedicated service advisor, and the management's response to my concerns has been dismissive. They have failed to take responsibility for the issues arising from the service. All are saying TVS company but they are not related to service. Even displayed number [protected] says we are sales team lifting call in place of service advisor and not providing information. I have make several calls for the bike till evening even when the bike is repaired in the afternoon. They said they will call but no call from their side Pricing Issues: Additionally, I noticed that the engine oil was being sold at a price higher than the MRP. When I raised this issue, I was met with unsatisfactory explanations. It is unacceptable that after multiple visits and complaints, I am still facing these unresolved issues. I request immediate attention to rectify the problems with my bike and an explanation of why I should be held accountable for the mechanic's mistakes.
