Hello,
I would like to raise a complaint regarding my TVS scooty (Registration Number: DL4SDM6711). I have been facing continuous issues with my vehicle since August–September 2025.
I have been regularly visiting your authorized dealership, Yash Motors, for servicing and repairs. Despite multiple visits (at least 2–3 times every month), the issue has not been resolved. Each time, my scooty is kept at the service center for 6–7 days, causing great inconvenience.
The dealership has already repaired the engine and replaced several parts as advised by them. However, the problem still persists. In addition, I have noticed that sometimes repairs are done without providing a proper job card.
So far, I have spent approximately ₹70, 000 on servicing and repairs, all at the authorized dealership. Now, I am again being asked to pay an additional ₹10, 000–₹15, 000, even though the issue has not been fixed permanently.
This is extremely disappointing and not the level of service expected from TVS.
I request you to:
1. Review my complete service history.
2. Ensure that my scooty is properly repaired and the issue is permanently resolved.
3. Take appropriate action against the dealership Yash Motors for poor service.
4. As per your service booklet, servicing is recommended every 5, 000 kilometers. However, I have been advised by the dealership to get the service done every 3, 000 kilometers, and I have been consistently following their instructions
At this stage, I am not willing to make any further payment until my vehicle is fully repaired.
I request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and provide a resolution at the earliest.
