Sir/Madam, I purchased Jupiter ( PB02 CQ 9125) from Sangam TVS Amritsar in June 2015. Since the date of purchase there has been problem of self start. I being lady could not get the scooter serviced myself, so I preferred pick-n-drop with Rs 100 extra payment. Right from the first service I have been complaining about the self start problem but in vain. Every time the pick up man used to park the scooter after service and hand me over the key and the problem came to my notice the next day when I was to go to work. After the last service, as usual, there was service satisfaction call from the agency and this time I gave zero mark to the female employee on call. Earlier we were giving satisfactory answer being genuine and caring people. One day I sent my husband to the agency with the scooter but it was a matter of dismay to mention that he was told that the battery is not working and it has to be changed at my own. They neither changed the battery nor satisfied me about my complaint. Then I immediately got the battery changed (Exide make) from the market but the problem still existed. My husband again visited the Sangam TVS on 11.10.16 but the Incharge posted at the service block of the agency showed him out with the ugly reply that this battery is also not working. On 12.10.16 my husband contacted the shop from where this battery was purchased to change the same. The seller was ready to change but before that he put his electrician on the job. This battery was fine. Accommodating me he checked all electrical connections and wires after opening the shields of the scooter and removed the fault and charged me Rs.300/-. The scooter is working fine now. So the reason of my complaint is: 1. That I got unnecessary harrasment for more than a year. 2. That I had to spend Rs.1230/- for the purchase of new Exide battery unnecessarily. 3. That the outside electrician charged me Rs.300/-. 4. That the people at Sangam TVS are incompetent, irresponsible, untrained and work shirker. Had they opened the whole electrical compartment of the scooter, the problem could have been solved much earlier. 5. The iron guards installed around the shields and front body have also left the colour as they were covered life time guarantee at the time of purchasing the scooter. 6. That with heavy heart, I may say that I have suffered a lot for no fault of me. Hence, full compensation be awarded to me for the money I spent. Hoping for your early action. I was buy a new bike from suprem tvs dombiwali east show room now i have problems with petrol leak and pickup missing only 6 day ago i buy a new bike not old bike this so bad experience with tvs company i will never buy a tvsbike and tell to my friends to buy tvs bikes plz so bad filling coming in my life

I had already Raised a Complaint on 25-Oct-16 call Ref no 77487, Till Now not Resolved my Issue, So Kindly Replace my Bike or else Refund my Money back.
