Tvs Motor Company — Dealer is not providing us RC of vehicle even after almost 2 months of purchase | |||||
R/sir I am here submitted that i have bought a tvs jupiter on 30"th march 2017 From singla agro sales, g t road, moga, punjab - 142001 with invoice no. 199 in the name of kuldeep singh s/o s. Jagdev singh resident of bathinda. Copy of invoice is attatched with this complaint. Till today dealer is not provide us the registration certificate of the vehicle even after so many time request on telephone and many time we request by visiting their showroom. Every time they assure us that they will provide rc within 2-3 days. But now they are not picking us our phone. I have been stoped and asked to show rc by city police so many times. Tell me what i will do. How i will show them. So i decided to to stop the vehicle at home as i have no other solution. This is my humble request you to please tell your dealer strictly to provide me rc of the vehicle and warn him not to harras tvs customers as thease type of incidents reflects negative image of compamy in public. Dear sir I have a apache Rtr 160 my bike insurance is finish now so m going for the shower. But last one week their is any problem in his server. Bcaus of that my insurance is not renewal. As u know that's in Delhi traffic police is very strict to check these thing when we drive in the road. Kind do something in this matter as soon as possible.
