Tvs Motor Company — Delay in getting my bike's documents

Dear sir/mam

I want to inform you that I am very disappoint by the dealer of tvs company.

I purchased a tvs apache rtr 160cc for my sister's wedding in cash. I paid full amount of bike.at the time of purchase dealer gave me only hand made bill which have been attached in this mail and he said that you will get other documents after 2 -3 days.

Sir I have passed 3 months when I purchased bike but I have not received my RC and number plate yet.
When I call to dealer he make false commitment.
Everytime when I call to showroom of tvs he says that you will get your documents after 2 - 3 days.
Please do needful action against this dealer.
