Tvs Motor Company — delay in refunds and other aftersale services | |
Hello sir, I have bought a thar on 28 september 2017 from tvs kottayam. I had to pay full cash to tvs to get the thar delivered before holidays even though i applied for a bank loan from sib. My bank loan was not ready due to the banks process delay. I paid the full car value to tvs motors upon the agreement that tvs will refund my cash after the dessara holidays. My banker managed to transfer the loan amount of rs.7.5 lakhs to tvs the next day after the thar is delivered; before the holidays. Unfortunately till today my refund process is not completed. I live in dubai and i have been following up with tvs every day and they just give lame excuses. Today is 25 days since i have got the delivery of the vehicle and and my 1st emi date for the bank loan is 28 of october. Tvs kottayam branch manager hari and his teammate are so irresponsible in getting the process completed and they are playing a blame game that it's the delay from the head office in madhuri tamilnadu. Mean while when was in india i received a call from tvs customer care and i rated them poor for the service quality;they requested me not to give similar poor rating during mahindra customer satisfaction survey. Till date i have not received my service manuel and top gear club vouchers. Here in gulf i am dealing with volkwagan and ford and i never experience such a pathetic service levels. Hope somebody will take appropriate action and compensate me for my damages which i don't want to mention in this platform.
