[Resolved] Tvs Motor Company — Delivery delay | |||
Hi, I have booked TVS Jupiter on 31.03.2017 and paid full cash. At first they made a call to collect the bike on April 8th. Due to some delay they have confirmed to deliver the bike with full registration by April 11th. Still now I did not receive my bike and there is no proper response. Customer service is also poor in Laxmi TVS show room. Kindly check with them and provide a correct update. Thank you. Dear Sir,
I have purchased TVS JUPITER ON HOLI FASTIVAL DAY 2017, Just i have driven 540 km only, not even 1st service, the two wheeler TVS JUPITER is very very bad engine, yesterday i have faced a problem as below
1. every 1 min engine automatically off.
2. after giving choke then engine start ( ignition attempts 6 to 8 times)
3. TVS DECLARED mileage 62 km/l but i traced the mileage of this only 26 to 28 km/l
4. more vibration in starting mode only
I am requesting you to please register a file on above points and send to TVS company.
