On 17/10/2020, there a was problem with my vehicle - NO power at all i.e horn, indicator, Start Key nothing was working.
I called the sevice centre : SWAGATH MOTORS, AUTHORISED TVS DEALER, DMRL X ROAD, Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad and they took my vehicle for service.
After that for few days there was no proper response about my vehicle from the service centre. After my visits to the sevice centre and several calls I came to know there was a problem with the coil and they have to order for the coil. But, I still doubt they got the coil or not and after that on 31/10/2020 the mechanic or supervisor (I am not sure of his designation as they were not telling me clearly about their designation) told me that there was Engine Compression Issue and will cost around 13000 rupees.
Now its 03/11/2020, I want to know whether it will take around 20 days in a authorised TVS service centre to come to a conclusion of Engine Problem, which was earlier decided as Simple Coil Problem.
The response from the service centre was/is not at all at the accepted terms, in the way they responded to my calls.
Kindly request you to look into and get my vehicle repaired at the earliest.
