Today(15.06.2022) I have visited TVS Laxmi Motors Poonamlle. Enquired about Zest two wheeler. Staff Kalaivani attended and gave Quotation Vehicle cost Ex showroom 68, 702, (Insurance and Reg) - Rs 15421. Mandatory Fitting Rs 1457.
When I enquired about Spilt quotation regarding (Insurance and Reg) - Rs 15421.Staff Kalaivani she got angry as per management we are giving quotation. Not possible we can't spilt Quotation in written. So I have calculate in showroom itself registration charges its 8% Rs 5, 496. Insurance I have check 0nline its around Rs 4500 to Rs 5500. Depend on company. As per mention in quotation. Totally around 10500.Balance amount. She dont have any answer after some time she mention Handling charges. Even I enquired Rs 5000 for Handling charges. She got angry and you should not ask this type of details. As we said you should listen.
Then I required about Finance part. Again she got angry. Finance team they will charge Interest. I replied her not only interest they also charge processing fee.
Regarding above showroom. I have mention about Staff Kalaiwani. But all other staff are similar attuite.
