Hi sir this is subash chandra bose indla working in sbi, i have taken tvs wego bike at tvs venkatasai dealer in july2017 paid the cash in june between 25 to 29 at peapuly, kurnool dist ap. I got my loan sanction in november and the amount, rs61, 000 was credited to venkstasai showroom having ca a/c with andhrabank, but the amount is not returned to me till now from dealer, i would like to put a case against tvs company. Updated by subhash chandra bose Indla Hi Sir Kindly Repay my amount Rs61000 earlier i have given Rs, 67, 000, and after GST Exemption i got, Rs 2350 back from Dealer, but however still the loan sanctioned amount should come to me, inadvance i paid the amount.take necessary action against Dealer.
