Hi, This is Azhar, We have been using XL new model for 3 moths since from the beginning back wheel getting puncture eventually. When we complained in showroom they are simply saying that we were driving on roughly. This is not at all acceptable. See my father only using this bike . And this showroom people also not responding properly. Either give a solution for that or take over the bike asap. Details below.
