Tvs Motor Company — Improper delivery | |||||
Hello Team, Just now I came to show room (Multibrand-Mumbai-Oshiwara, Goregaon-west) to take my TVS Apache 200-Matte Black. It's found that right side sticker on petrol tank is missing, which you can see in the attached photo, as well the other one is about to detach.The dealer said the sticker is missed out during transit. You can see in the picture, the high speed is 92..in 0.9 Km..which was quite unexpected. Tool box as well as first aid kit is missing too.. Within 2 days of driving, I found my Tyre is Punctured, which cost me Rs.3000 for replacing, as the company says it doesn't come under warranty. I want it should be done freely from TVS. Is this the way you provide service to your valuable customer??? We save our money and invest to fulfill our dreams.. if you people are going to provide such kind of service, then you people are loosing your valuable customer.
