TVS Motor Company — Inadequate behaviour of staff of shelar tvs pune and worst service after sales

I have purchased a Wego year back from TVS Shelar Pune and now Wego has got petrol leakage problem.
Vehicle given for servicing to showroom at Shelar TVS satara road branch, three days are left but problem is not resolve even though staff is providing false commitment and information after call from my side there is not pre-intimation from their end.
The Shelar staff and managers are not looks worry about customer. Showroom policy seems on paper only not in practice.
