Tvs Motor Company — issue with tvs jupiter

I have purchased tvs jupiter 2 months ago. Now its created lot of problems.
1) self start is not working at all. (Mostly all jupiter vehicles facing same battery issues)
2) its creating sound while moving.
3) its started vibrating and its very uncomfortable to sit on a vibrating vehicle.
4) this is so weird. I dont know if this is bike problem. I am getting elctric shock while moving below high tension electric wires. Earlier i used to go with same bike there was no issue. After first service only i am facing this issue.

Kindly look into this. This is so bad that we are facing these many issues on a new bike.
